Gorsuch is inviting civil war. At some point people will fight against a president that continually breaks our laws and a supreme Court that enables him. Further, what a hypocritic, referencing precedents when he and his right wing counterparts ignore them any time it suits their politics.
So rich folks commit crimes and effectively no punishment. Poor folks get accused of a crime and people want them to sit in jail until they are proven innocent. We don't take fraud seriously I'm this country and we all pay for it.

The problem with health care in this country is the health care companies, not insurance. Health systems engage in massive levels of waste and abuse. We need to require healthcare providers to follow treatment pathways vs. optimizing reimbursements. We eliminate prior auth and massively cut costs.
