Weird, we're on the same schedule. Molly woke Mom this morning around 5 am preparing to throw up on the bed. Luckily mom got her down to the wood floor, which is easiest to clean.

It is a bit intrusive, but you don't want your furs to mat up back there. That's much worse than a little brushing. Wolfie and Mom have the same debate when she brushes his previously manly region.
Wolfie is the big furry dude, Molly is the tiny tortishell, and Pearl is the little gray tabby. I keep Raven (or as you wonderfully spell it Rayvun) as my avatar.
We confess, the pictures of Wolfie and Molly were from their evening naps and the picture of Pearl was from a while ago. But we all had a good big sleeps. We had a morning snack while mom opened the windows for cool air and now Molly is snuggled in and W & P are at the windows.

We had a poop-scootin' event too. Molly used the carpet to rid herself of a piece that was attached by a long piece of grass. Mom was trying to get to her to help but Molly escaped the cling-on then hid under the dresser thinking she was in trouble. Mom reassured her with treats before cleaning.

I get a big can of sauce and freeze it as ice cubes. Defrost 2 or 3 for each meal.
We do something similar. Make a big batch of essentially turkey & black bean enchilada filling after Thanksgiving using left-over turkey. Freeze it in 1-meal portions. To eat: put tortilla in bottom of a glass pie pan, add sauce, filling, another tortilla, sauce, cheese topping, then bake.
