I worked for one of the EIP sites, and specifically did surveillance for these pathogens. This is one of the best and most comprehensive systems we have to know what foodborne diseases are out there and we're shelving it for no good reason.

Home 5 days after Air Canada cancelled my original flight. I don't blame the strikers. As it turns out, the management was holding back and they instantly capitulated when they couldn't get the gov't to break the strike. Surprise, surprise. It wasn't all bad by any means, but it's good to be home.
