Very much so. That's why scientists could do with solid meditation practices as well. It will improve the overall awareness and the 'Thinking Quality'. Combined this will lead to better and faster insight and so a higher quality of work.
I don't like these kind of advice. For ppl who need it it might mean repeating over and over 'I die from .....' to get into the right state of urgency. That way of thinking will certainly come true making a self fulfilling prophecy. Better to live a wonderful life and get urgency from positivity.
Nice article. Many startups indeed put the AI-label on their product and then try to figure out what to do actually. That's not a solid approach and annoys your early customers. Find your niche first and scale from there.
Nice remark. Personally I'm not at all into supplements anymore. With a vibrant and healthy body you can deal with a lot. It's much more helpful to be conscious of what is happening, it might take you to another route. Stress doesn't need help. It needs to be transformed. :)

I don't find it weird. I made a conscious decision removing my profile pic (was outdated anyway). In this #AI times I don't feel comfortable anymore displaying my picture everywhere. It can be picked up and misused easily. I guess more 'logo's' just don't like their real pictures out in the open.

I agree with 3,4 and 5. I don't necessarily follow friends as I'm on social media strictly for business. No private matters. Colleagues depend on what they communicate. I really look for the vibe and the content.
Reflecting on my own use of software I can see that the value of software changes according to my own needs/values. Imo the value of a item, art, software, etc. is always in the eye of the beholder.

I'm really excited to move all my sites to mijn.host and close another piece of the #sustainability puzzle.
Today I finally decided on the new host. A local company with good reviews, super high speed hosting platform and a true working customer service. And the most important: they are a sustainable company, running from a green data center and with a solid sustainability program.
But now I also needed a new webhost. Until a while ago I was hosting at WordPress.com and more recently switched to Elementor hosting, which is now overkill for my sites.
