Did you know if you go into text actions in Snipping Tool in Windows 11, you can redact selected text by pressing CTRL + R?
It should be under settings > personalization > background. By default it's Windows spotlight which changes, but you should be able to change it to something else from that page. There is also an app called Bing wallpaper app which changes the wallpaper if you have it installed

Do you mean what is alt text? If you're using a screen reader it would just read it out, but as a sighted person you can alt just tap the little ALT icon in the corner of an image (if it has it). You can try with any of my recent pics. When you're posting an image, there is an option to add alt text
On Bluesky search results will include alt text results. I don't think that's true on Twitter

I would say, I think that's one area where the threads algorithm seems to help a bit more - imo it does a better job of bubbling up posts from your general circle of interaction (not that I don't have other issues with the algorithm there for other reasons, though). There are a large number of different types of people who use windows, who need different things - perhaps this particular feature isn't useful to you, but it will hopefully be appreciated by the ones that do need to use this

For what it's worth, the start menu can be opened by using CTRL + ESC rather than the Windows key. I don't think this works with the combos, though
Have you tried the PowerToys option to remap keys / shortcuts? Or maybe you could get a programmable mouse and program in your favourite ones to be tied to buttons
