My dad passed at 65 as the result of complications from a benign brain tumor. He had had surgery for it at 53 but due to location the surgeon could not remove all of it. The first sign it was becoming a problem again was a droopy eye with some disturbance in his vision in that eye.
The problem with the right hand and the right leg swing were apparent during his first term, but when I saw that portrait, I knew. You don't get an eye droop and one eye not tracking the other without something neurological having happened. And that's not the only photo or video where you can see it

Black bears aren't nearly as dangerous as long as you stay out of their way. They don't typically charge and attack people like grizzlies or polar bears do. When they have cubs though it's probably best to stay as far away as possible so they don't perceive you as a threat.
