Yes, very precious to me to keep making it as Gundula is now very frail and in a home. She used ti make it using rosehips from a dogrose bush on her allotment I hadn't realised what a labour of love it was until I watched her make it.

My meals in pubs when I've been on holiday in UK have been very poor - along the lines described. While some pubs offer good, freshly cooked food, feels as if a lot don't.
