I’ll be using the existing soup so will probably just fry off the chorizo to reduce the oil and then add it to the soup and reheat it slowly
Ohhh that’s a fine idea. I am home alone this week, OH having gone to Palma with her Mum and sister. I am making easy but tasty stuff… I have leftovers of the soup and I’m pretty certain we have some chorizo, not as nice as the fennel soss, but tasty anyway
I thought so 😁
I shall focus on my homemade Tuscan bean soup and wipe all thoughts of that horror away

The us that fucked off to Nepal with no accommodation and blagged our way into the Kathmandu Guest House has been sleeping for a long time, but it’s starting to wake… Not done the level of travelling you’ve done, but we’ve had our share of mad trips…there will be more…
