Drill baby drill = cheaper prices for oil/gas but you still have the issue of converting that to electricity where there is a bottleneck.
True but the problem with that is that the extractive industries cannot scale fast enough. Like only so many turbines for natural gas plants can be built and there is a five year backlog. So now there are just going to be shortages and major price increases on *electricity* but not the gas inputs.
And now we refuse to build the cheapest and most readily available sources of energy - solar and wind. The Trump Administration's energy policies are facially nonsensical.
