1. Yes it does. The book covers their whole history (till roughly 2023) so the SG-1000 and early arcade history are covered. 2. I'm not sure what the publisher's distribution is for wider Europe myself. Best bet is to ask your local bookstore if they can order you a copy in. Hope that helps 😀

None of these men would have been a lead in a traditional show. #DoctorWho embraced and celebrated the unconventional. With the move to more attractive/ conventional leads, arguably starting with Tennant, the show might have lost something.
Currently reading the brilliant "Exterminate! Regenerate!" by John Higgs. One thing that is constantly mentioned about the actors who played the Doctor (currently on Tom Baker) is how unorthodox and, for lack of a better term, weird they are physically. #DoctorWho
