Oyveyismir, America is OBSESSED with the “Med diet”, and yet, as I’ve been saying for years, it’s not really a diet, per se, since each Mediterranean country has their own foods they eat, grow and survive on, and the others don’t necessarily eat the foods of the others.
As one who’s lived in the Mediterranean it’s more than just the diet, it’s the quality of life and the quality of fresh foods. It’s virtually impossible to replicate it here.
