My home state of Arizona has a Democratic governor and two Democratic senators. With Democratic voting potential like that, at least 1 to 2 house seats could be flipped. But Katie Hobbs is one of the most non-confrontational politicians Iāve ever seenā¦
But again, thereās a plethora of other states that can. Iām not really counting on New York. Other governors need to step up. It canāt just be Newsome and Hochul. Josh Shapiro in Pennsylvania said heās not going to do anythingā¦ thatās not good.
Right now, she would have to disband the regulation committee that controls redistricting. Which is an option and she needs to execute on that. That however, would require an amendment to the state Constitution. From a legal perspective she really wonāt even have a chance to redistrict until 2027.
Other states need to start stepping up. Potentially Arizona, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, Colorado, Washington, Oregon, Illinois, Michigan, Wisconsin, and Pennsylvania. All states with strong Democratic population. We need to worry about āright and wrongā tomorrow and worry about winning today
But now other Republican states are lining up as well. New Yorkās governor, again, is putting it on the 2026 ballot so farā¦ itās not going to be good enough. Whatever seats we can gain in California will be outweighed by Texas, Florida, Ohio, Missouri, and Indianaā¦
