True but that wasn't in your request! Great it's included. I got my first job in government off the back of arguing it presented a whole new world of public legal engagement so am pretty much in huge debt to the authors!

Brexit law - I think this is the first time a UK court has used the power in the withdrawal agreement to ask the CJEU questions about EU citizens' (or their family members') rights - so this is the first UK court reference to the CJEU since December 2020
