After the corn and meat warm up (5min) you're done and you can pull it off the boiler. I have done a lot to the one in this picture (added some deglazing with wine and cream) but the base is always the same. You can change up the taste by frying the veggies, then adding wine and cream, then stock.
Boil the carcass with the skin of onion & carrots, leftovers of celery and spices for 2-4hr (4h for turkey sized carcass). Then strain, keep liquid discard solid. Add 1-2 cups of barley or soup noodles. Boil 10min. Add 2cups of carrots, celery, onion. Boil 10min. Add precooked meat & frozen corn.
