In the future; when you’re trying to say something could’ve occurred - don’t say just as likely. Say “could’ve occurred” for example. “To be fair, this crash could’ve occurred while traveling at the legal speed limit” Im happy to help if you ever find yourself struggling with literacy

When someone says something that is misinterpreted by people reading it; that’s not illiteracy of the person reading it; it’s of the person writing it. If you didn’t mean that it was just as likely that the crash could occur at lower speeds; then don’t say that in the future.

Untrue, speed is the factor in every collision. You cannot plow through a wall at 5 km/hr with the same force as you can at 20 km/hr. It’s just physics.
