I was talking about it a couple months ago but some people who don’t even have a uterus have been found with endometrial tissue growing on their spine and brain! Sex and reproductive health are insanely messy and complex and people should treat it as such.
I was going to say even beyond bigotry it’s just ignorance. Something like 1 in every 10k “cis” men has ovarian tissue, and MANY more can have endocrine issues related to reproductive system anomalies normally associated with XX chromosome configuration!

It’s like if you made a sandwich out of peanut butter, ham, blue cheese, coffee and dragonfruit. The parts are all good but if you put them together and taste them you vomit.
I think it’s a very unpleasant song to listen to. It is grating and irritating, like Christian pop rock. I think it is made competently from a technical level, and the vocals are sung very well, but it just sounds very, very bad as a whole. If I heard Smile on the radio I would change stations.
