Ok we had a few bumps in the road* but it's in the oven! *I thought I'd try allspice along with a nutmeg as a replacement for cinnamon, not realizing that allspice has cinnamon in it, but only wasted 1/2 cup coffee; it says bake in layers but I'm just doing one

My husband has two pictures of me, taken at CDG after a red eye flight when I was desperately trying to get us to the Metro. One picture is from behind as I studied the map, the 2nd is my furious face when I turned around and saw him taking a picture instead of helping.
