Yeah once I started reframing it to be like my thighs have quite literally helped me climb mountains and win rowing races I decided they were idiots but it's taken me from 16/17 until about three years ago (when I was 32) to get to that point

1yr go I took my friends spare Taylor Swift ticket because she broke up with her boyfriend. If I hadn't done that I wouldn't have ended up meeting / giving a lift home to an internet friend of mine who lived en route. If I hadn't done that I wouldn't have realised I found this man attractive...
This same family member told me that I had fat thighs when I was 17 and I'm now 35 and still absolutely hate my legs and struggle wearing things because of it, I don't think people realise how much it affects you

Ah that's a shame, but completely understandable. I used to peel off shellac whereas I can't do that with Biab. It stays *intact* for 5 weeks even when I batter my hands doing ridiculous sports 😂
Literally took her less than an hour as well for BIAB infills and nail art and I'm genuinely amazed because I could never 😂
