It was a continuing resolution that was passed. The CR just continues the current budget so the govt can stay open until a final budget is passed. No cuts are approved yet. Again, it’s shitty for sure, but maybe the better choice of the two because we still have courts to slow him down.
I’m not so sure. I think he knows that it’s a lose lose but Trump and Elon want a shutdown. It gives full power to the executive branch. It ends the federal court cases being litigated against them. They will get to blame the Dems and they get to create chaos and declare an emergency.

Y’all please hear me. HAND SANITIZER DOES NOT KILL NOROVIRUS. You must wash your hands with warm soapy water for at least 20 secs. Clorox wipes don’t kill it either. Diluted bleach sprayed on surfaces and left to dry works on surfaces. It can be spread for up to 2 weeks post infection. Stay healthy!
