It's a tacit admission of guilt, like pleading the 5th (which Trump and his minions have previously done). Why participate when it will highlight their crimes against humanity and will be used against them at their trials at some point in the future? Hopefully that day comes soon.

I'm in Europe on vacation and the cities are thriving and dynamic. Solid transportation systems, full services, parks and restaurants. I got sick, had an online Dr appt, took an emailed prescription to any pharmacy. Our cities don't function as well and need an overhaul. It's a good investment.
