Yes. The 2024 US presidential election was not stolen. More voters chose this than any other choice. And those who did not vote clearly did not value democracy or civic decency enough to bother, since the ramifications of the election were clearly and proudly telegraphed well in advance.
I have an alternate theory: the majority of the American people have declined in valuing democracy, rule of law, fairness, expertise, intelligence, education, and civic decency to the point that Trump now accurately represents them.
Also, 99.9999999% of WWII Nazis were white. I’m not saying that makes white folks evil. I am saying that choosing one trans person to represent the morality of every trans person is definitely stupid.

As of today, Apple’s annual net profit is $94 billion. So a 1% net profit tax on just one company would be almost one billion dollars every year. That’s a lot of healthcare for Californians and a drop in the bucket for Apple.
Just Apple and Nvidia together make up about 15% of the S&P500. That’s just two California companies, and you could literally drive from the headquarters of one to the other in about 10 minutes. The concentration of wealth is insane.
