I personally do believe that Harris' involvement, like Biden's, would have been kept as muted and droll as possible. Neither would have gleefully posted about what they were destroying. They would have still destroyed it, but Americans would haven't had to watch it during brunch.

I think it's useful to unpack this. If Democrats agree with Republicans on excluding women's sports, what's the harm? Is it primarily harm to trans women who play sports, or is there something more to it? A reasonable person who doesn't know much about trans issues could ask these questions.
