I am 71 and have had flu vaccines since the late 80s. More vaccines since COVID happened. Just got COVID and RSV vaccine last Friday. I was hesitant on the RSV one until I ran into an old supervisor and in catching up she told me about losing her 14 yr old granddaughter to RSV. So I got the shot.

Well, my brother passed away on May 4th. Today I received a Memorial Certificate from the VA. Says it's in honor of my brother from a grateful nation etc. Started getting teary eyed while putting it next to his urn. Then I saw the signature and my reaction was, "Uh uh, John you wouldn't want this!"

My brother who passed away on Sunday. Just as I was going to get the ashes, Amazon delivered a little car that was going on his urn. As I was putting it away he said, "Can I ask you a question?" I said sure. He said, "Can I hug you?" I said yes and Amazon Frank hugged me. That was nice of him.
I have to say that I am trying to do my part to boycott businesses. However, lately Amazon has had some things I needed. I want to relate a story that also makes me think that we must also consider the workers of Amazon. Story to follow.

Miracles happen. My cat, Boo Boo had an enlarged heart and an abdomen and lungs full of fluid at 1 yr old. He will be 11 years old this month. Turns out the vet who gave him the life saving last ditch meds just passed away. So Boo even outlived him. Thank you, Dr. Robinson ❤️ RIP.
Fortunately, my car is in good shape. Next payment puts me at under $1K left to pay off. It also helps that I work at home which will save on gas and repairs. I always try to take care of my cars. Longest one I had was a 94 Geo tracker. Loved that car and lasted me 20 yrs. Miss that old girl still.
