Woodbury County, the Iowa county in which district that flipped tonight is entirely located, split roughly evenly in the 2008 & 2012 presidential races. Then, huge swing: Trump won it by 17% in 2016 & 23% in 2024. The district, about half of county, swung 21% to Dems today compared to last year.
