Disgusted by some of these comments. NHJ has just published an important NYT magazine piece on how the Trump administration is reversing civil rights. Instead of offering help you're piling on the NYT. Maybe you can overlook her employer's deficiencies to support an ally.
Elie Mystal makes a similar point. Increasing the size of the court lessens the problem of a small but cohesive majority (6 justices!) skewing the court in anti-majoritarian, dangerous ways. A larger court is harder to control by one political faction.

Agree with the first part, not the "every awful, horrifying aspect there turned up to 11." For the most part, it's a normal place full of normal people. Bad things happen, good things happen. But its dominance in creativity and innovation spawns haters, including our hater-in-chief.
