It's like most things and subjective. A very good cast probably slightly wasted on it - but it's easy watching and not going to offend.
It's Midsummer with Hollywood cast basically.

It's not Knives Out that's for sure - it was a bit weak but probably better than the book (which I didn't rate at all) because of the glossy cast.
I didnt like the book, the netflix film was okay. It had a glossy cast, a great location but it was a bit contrived and "easy". It'll fill a couple of hours without you having to think much.
They've done it as a film of the whole of Book 1. I'm guessing if it gets enough watching (it will) then they'll film the next book.
Your opinion is exactly my opinion. The book was way too cosy crime for my taste and this was a very poor imitation of a Knives Out. But, lots of people love the books and he does seem to actually write them which a lot don't (Mr Rinder looking at you here).

I'm currently dehydrating the apple cinnamon slices - it said 6 hours at 60° but I'm doing 3 and then shaking and doing another 3. If it works I'm definitely buying bananas. Let me know how it works out please x

Shark would always be my preferred option - put in JL wishlist and then wait for them to price match. But for thrift bizarrely Asda online do some seriously good deals on electricals.

Okay, so it's a juggling act between crisping them up and burning them. They taste great but I'm going to go down the dehydrate route next and see how that works out.
Such a simple idea that we never seemed to think of. I had a similar issue with a lot of Victoria plums last week, ended up sticking them in the pressure cooker thing and freezing them.
I put the dehydrate button on and it went to 6 hours, I've decided to try just AFing them for 25 minutes to see.
I've just done one small apple to try - it's in the AF so let's see.
Im trying to find the guillotine slicer in my cupboard atm, otherwise it's sharp knife and big gloves time 😂

Apples and cinnamon is a match made in heaven (and cinnamon is so good for you).
I would think for sure it would do in an ordinary oven. Slice thin otherwise they'll take forever.

It's got a dehydration button but I've not tried it - I really should for banana chips. But I love the idea of doing your own cinnamon apple chips.
