I bought sets of silicon toe “condoms” to prevent blisters. I wear them on 3 toes, each foot. Not bulky. They’ve been a game changer. Only 1 blister in the past year. I used to wear moleskin, but it was inconsistent. The new covers are great. I’ve averaged 6.35 miles per day in the last year.

These ideas for clients are really good. When somebody calls and makes an appointment with you, you should send them out the list of things to prep - the elevator pitch, what they want to get out of it, etc. That would help them focus and not be nervous.
