@gorl.gay gave me the anbernic sp without analogue sticks last year for my birthday (the analogue stick version didn’t exist yet) and it rocks. i prefer my miyoo mini plus for the cfw but the cfw on the anbernic is great too
yeah! anbernic make two (one with analogue sticks, one without) and miyoo makes the mini flip. both have cfw that make using them so much better. still trying to get the anbernic flip with analogue (in the gamecube colourway tbh lol) to test it out and get a miyoo flip as well
it was even better 20 years ago but yeah it’s still fun now

tbh unless you want a clamshell flip emu handheld i think the mini plus is the best thing out there and if you want any better you gotta go retroid (or another good android handheld) or go for a steam deck or windows gaming handheld. plus the miyoo mini plus is CHEAP
also have you ever looked at the miyoo mini+? it emulates everything it can emulate pretty damn well, has an amazing community-made OS, and fits in the average pocket if you want something with buttons and a nice display on the go :)
