There’s a long history of presidents ordering military operations without congressional approval. We need to let that go because it’s not winnable. The only entity that can provide a consequence for it is Congress, and they won’t, obviously.
I agree, but also when I think of the law firms and universities and even SCOTUS being afraid, I feel like how can I be unafraid? They must be being threatened or something or else why wouldn’t they stand up? They have to know the people want them to. I admit I am scared.
