I wish we had grown up big boy politics. In lots of places it's doing very well, thanks very much. It would have been nice to have it here and in the states, but it didn't happen, partly because sections of the left decided to act like spoiled children.

Wholly agreed. But in my day to day existence I (and my kids) are much more inconvenienced/threatened by these bikes than cars. Part of that is because I can't hire a car instantaneously and leave it at a random spot for collection, and I'm linked to it if there's an accident.
