Less than a week of not moving because of the smoke and I’m at ground zero again. Tonight I tried to walk to Kaleido and only got two blocks. Last week I was measuring distance in kms. I’m so frustrated.
Just landscaping and doors left on the garage. Crazy how quick that is.

I had a rant today about the Northgate Mall. It is completely inaccessible right now for people with mobility issues and the Edmonton Bone and Joint Centre along with physiotherapy and imaging clinics are all on the second floor. And you can’t just choose a different bone and joint clinic.
Nearly at an end and then you can close that chapter. It must be bittersweet.
I just want some swelling relief. The barometric pressure combined with the heat has been bonkers. The swelling has been so bad I’m in tears.

Busy weekend. Walked a total of 8km over two days. Saw two new parks I have never been to. Designed and built a flower bed for the fall bulbs I have coming. Made some art. Did some writing. Spent quality time with David. Ate brilliant food. Walked a street festival. Talked more with my new bestie,

We live in a challenging neighborhood and while reorganizing the other day, I put a stack of skulls out on top of the little free library thinking someone would take them. Books have been coming and going but the skulls are still there. I guess it is our haunted little free library now.

This is the most Monday that ever Monday’d. I lost my keys this weekend. I can’t get around. I contacted Uber and no one has gotten back to me yet so I contacted Hyundai and they need the car towed because it is a keyless entry fob. Tech is great except when it isn’t.
