I accompanied a 13 year old girl to and from a concert in Chicago this summer. We walked and used public transport at night. I went to a sports competition with the same girl in Ashland, OH. The car was always in sight. I never feared for our safety in Chicago. I never felt safe in Ashland.

It's also worth noting that AOC voted YEA (Jul 1 #208: "On passage") to send the bill to the Senate. On this alone she can claim support for the bill. It was only after it came back from the Senate that she voted NAY (Nov 5 #369: "On Motion to Concur in the Senate Amendment")

I was trying to find a dataset to play with some statistical approaches I've been studying. Decided to compare two numbers: - pre-vaccine COVID case fatality rate - VAERS reports per vaccine administered. The CFR (1.7%) is more than 10x higher than all kinds of reports (even the fake ones) (0.14%)
