Just saw this. VERY good info. My guess is, police who encounter the stuff are having panic attacks, not "overdoses." My late wife had stage 4 breast cancer and wore fentanyl patches for pain. I helped put them on her back after opening the pack. Never overdosed in 3+ years.
Truth to tell, I often get a hospital IV on the back of my hand or just above the wrist because the techs can't find a good arm vein, usually because I am dehydrated. So maybe that's the issue.
