I get it and sorry if my words aren't helpful. It's also a different industry than I'm used to. The paycheck part I totally get and crossing my fingers that will stabilize. Probably a big factor in causing the anxiety.
Like I recently jumped on the opportunity offered by my company to have some neutral mentoring sessions with somebody experienced and neutral from my industry and that was super helpful to gain some perspective (more therapy session than anything). Maybe something like that could help?
Beating yourself up over not reaching some imaginary level of excellency is an easy rabbit hole to lose yourself in. If you take a step back and identify some specific thing you feel you would like to improve on then work on that but maybe also get some neutral third opinion verify 😁
You're probably just your own toughest critic. I think if you're doing the thing you love and being productive (and earning a paycheck) at it to boot then that's really a that should truly matter in the great scheme of things.

Haven't seen it either. From what I can tell from watching reviews on YouTube it's bad but probably in a funny and entertaining kind of way. If you can see it on the big screen with the director present it's probably a fun experience.
