I’m begging, PLEADING, with people - please, please, please do not just assume that because an LLM “cites its sources” that what it says is right. In addition to the well-known (I thought) problem where they make up sources entirely, they often “cite” sources that don’t contain the supposed info.

That is luxurious! Only one private office where I work, and it's shared on a rota basis. Even the CEO has to book a desk in a shared space. Having everyone sharing the situation does help a bit, but days full of online meetings are easier done from home.

Ah, well that would have been an act of god, against which AA had no control and hence no responsibility. Yes, it sucks but it's always been this way (though now flights are fuller so it's harder to get rebooked on a later flight).
