Minors don't get gender affirming surgery in the US. "Detransitioners" are approximately 1% of the people who end up getting that care. Like it sucks, but the reality is they're not at all representative of the population seeking such services.

The reality is that doctors do not help people transition until they're past the age of 18. Unless this is outside of the US, this isn't real. In fact, you have to go through so many hurdles for such care that you're usually waiting years for it anyway.
