America doesn't have a "healthcare system", it has a highly flawed and pretty much dysfunctional healthcare marketplace. And Trump, RFK Jr, and elected Republicans in general are just making it even worse.

Here in Maine Obstetrics is quickly becoming a thing of the past in many hospitals.
Some list have been made & many hospitals are evaluating how soon they need to have a closure plan. Many are laying off people because they realize they can't afford to pay them which will also cause a crisis.
We should have a pool on how many hospitals, particularly rural, will close by the time the 2028 presidential election rolls around. Thinking 100+ easily.
