I am a TMobile customer. I think it would be more effective for customers to band together and tell TMobile they will find a new carrier if they don't bring back DEI policies.
Here in Michigan, many crosswalks have been enhanced with flashing yellow lights, etc., and I think the result has been that old-fashioned, just-white-lines-painted-on-pavement crosswalks are getting ignored by many.

I was so heartened by the turnout at the No Kings protest in Howell, Michigan. I Someone estimated maybe 400 people lining the road ... may have been more. Believe me when I say, this is amazing in ruby-red Howell, which used to be known for the Michigan KKK Grand Dragon living in its outskirts. 😲
