I don't have a set program, sometimes I'll do hills, or Robyns Tabata. I saw your covid posts, hope you're better now. Took a hiatus in 2022 thanks to covid, than my longest hiatus from last October to July of this year. I'll say Peloton pulled me out of a rut in 21'.
I lift old school, in my not environmentally controlled garage all year, lots of chalk and iron. I wish Peloton had a way of tracking my own workout, until then I use a different app. You'll crush the 5k!

I'm so glad I started back on my peleton bike recently, I still lifted weights during the hiatus, but adding cardio is such a game changer. Did 18 mile endurance ride yesterday and it definitely pushed my limits.
