I remember Fiona Hill in the first impeachment hearing. A master and I thought a president and cabinet shouldn't open their mouth about Russia without her weighing in. Terribly sad, dangerous and angry that we have a buffoon who thinks he is an expert. We do deserve better.

Yep, as a former auditor, my guess is they are searching for key words and identifying things that sound like good outrage headlines. These USAID programs especially are atypical.. cash payments, lots of security, purchases and travel that may have never been seen before.

I learned today.. the military has experts who train military, dignitaries, student groups, etc regarding the culture of most foreign countries for travel so that we don't offend the hosts of these countries. It includes how to treat women, those of religious differences, etc. Hmmm
