Also, as @danahoule.bsky.social points out, one clear theme of ICE's little reign of terror is that they are EXTREMELY sensitive to murals, signs, and other displays criticizing ICE. Which means that one of the most effective ways to attack the agency is to produce those things in great numbers

Yeah, that's my point: landlord says the rent is $12k for whatever reason (mortgage? investors?) but gives a $4k concession in Year 1 and turnover is 100% for Year 2, since no one will pay above market rents.

The constitutionality of a self-pardon is unclear. The constitutionality of a president pardoning a former president is well established. At a bare minimum, Trump will resign before his last day in office and let Vance pardon him.
