Def. use the orthodic pads. And stretch your calves. Stand on a stair with heel hanging off. Push up (using both feet) to tip toe, and slowly release down (using one foot), spending a few seconds at the bottom for maximum stretch. Do reps of 10. Works for me. Only thing that does.
Also, it would be ok to say Life of Brian was really funny and also there are some pieces of it that reflected the ignorance of the times, and if we did do a remake now we wouldn’t include those bits. Really, it won’t kill you to be a little bit thoughtful.

So. . . what's the plan to fill the labor shortage caused by rounding up the immigrants who did these jobs? You don't really think all the camps they are building are simply pre-deportation staging centers, do you? There would be no profit in that. But leasing out the captive population . .
And of the 30% who by implication have a "criminal conviction," what percentage is for a traffic infraction, fare-beating, shoplifting or other petty offense which no reasonable person should be grounds for deportation?
