I've seen one hormone level simulator online, but it was merely a simple "x dose every y days", no room for custom varying doses and days. I've been logging exactly when & how much I've taken, & where I injected. I do not have hormone levels from before starting e. I tried.
If I can't yet get around to hormone level testing, I can at least make a more informed guesstimate of what a safe dose is, for my own health. #HRT I'm specifically going from 2 months on EV injections, to EV + spiro pills.
HRT dosages question: What were your dosages when you were in the first 2-3 months of your HRT? What were you taking, what kinds, and how were they administered? Did you DIY, doctor, or other? Who told you how much to dose? Did you need to make adjustments? Was it a safe dose? Any other info?
