My Walgreens (New York City) just posted an update. "This season's Covid-19 vaccine has been approved for adults 65+ and those under 65 with certain health conditions. Vaccine inventory will be arriving to our stores shortly." It's says nothing about needing a prescription.

I just tried to schedule my Covid vax today in CNY but they're waiting for authorization from the CDC so they can even order the vaccines.
