What strains are you growing? It looks like four different labels. Autos? Photos? Seedlings are the most stressful time imo. I generally soak 24 hrs in a shot glass, then plant autos directly into their forever felt hot. Photos I sprout in wet paper towel inside a ziplock, then into a small cup.
