AI can't innovate as that requires critical thought, which computers aren't capable of. The ideas also aren't new as the AI can only use what it's trained on to generate anything.
I try not to give any AI derived art, video or music a platform of any kind as all of the content within is stolen from somewhere else. This video looks very AI derived to me.
It also probably wasn't "a mistake."
