I wouldn’t have thought many Labour MPs came into politics to strip the rights of torture survivors to be reunited with the spouses & children. They need to take a long hard look in the mirror & ask whether Starmer, Cooper & Reeves are really the leadership their careers should be remembered with.

Absolutely made up for my pal Sanna Duthie who ran the ENTIRE LENGTH of the 180 mile Pembrokeshire coast path in 48hrs 26 minutes on the weekend. I've been involved in ultras one way or another for 20 years and I've never known anyone with so much resilience, but so humble with it. Utterly amazing.
