Anyways the law enforcement response in the first 24h appears to have been an absolute horde of FBI agents and cops trampling through a residential area that might have held important clues with no focus, harassing blameless people, and duplicating each other’s efforts sometimes six times over.

The term "high powered rifle" is being thrown around a lot in the media today. Unless it's a .22LR, its not a low powered rifle. But if it were a .22LR, the media would never say "low powered rifle." Sensationalism has a role in Kirk's death. Perhaps, media should lower the temp. Just say rifle.
But that isn’t supported by law. The Constitution doesn’t make due process an option, it’s a requirement for “ALL PERSONS.” The framers made that explicitly clear with plain language. Kirk chose what he liked in the Constitution and he ignored what he didn’t. He was an unpatriotic loser.
I really couldn’t figure out what was so special about this Kirk dude, so I watched some of his “debates” today to try and understand. These aren’t debates, he’s often wrong, his opinions aren’t supported with law, he never relents, he talks over people and they give him more mic gain.
Americans pay more for prescription drugs because our government is bought and paid for, and the pharmaceutical industry would rather spend billions on lobbying and campaign donations than on making their products affordable. This putting our government up for sale thing isn't working out for us.
