I'm glad I don't mow my small lawn patch that often and that I didn't clean up the fallen plums. There are lots of fermented plum chunks and tasty clover bits for the neighborhood teenage quail. 🪶🌱
I love the Ann Folkard geranium; finally found some via mail order. They looked a bit sad after arriving from Maine. So I’ve got them in pots right now, as I wanted to make sure they survived; they seem happiest in partial shade. 🌱 #PNW
I really miss my California Adobe clay soil (never thought I’d say that). It’s like gardening in the dust bowl here. Even my drought tolerant plants look sad. I can’t wait for rain!
