A lunch hour use up of very moody bananas , a slightly healthier loaf/cake made with wholemeal & SR flour , yogurt, date syrup , walnuts etc. So good that I had to have some immediately. The wonderful @nethertonfoundry.bsky.social loaf tins need no greasing/lining & bake everything perfectly ☺️

What a beauty
When the temperature drops to bearable, you can use the base for charcoal grilling and when it gets chilly, use the tagine/casserole indoors. Whatever the weather, we’ve got an answer.
If you think it’s too hot to BBQ, but still fancy cooking outdoors, our outdoor hob and tagine/casserole is the perfect solution. Just light your charcoal, put the bowl on top and leave it alone for up to 6 hours to do its thing. Sweat free, stress free outdoor cooking.
